The steps of approval and finalizing the order:

- The Customer pays 50% of the portrait cost, and the Artist starts to make the sketch.
- The sketch is approved. The artist starts to work.
- The finished work is approved. If corrections are needed, the Artist communicates to the Customer, whether the expected corrections will not harm the painting . Artist completes the portrait. The customer pays the remaining 50% of the painting cost.
